Barbra Behiels, Veterinarian

Dr. Barbra Behiels grew up in St. Albert, Alberta and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Alberta in 2009. She then graduated from the Veterinary Medicine program at the University of Calgary in 2013. Dr. Behiels joined Riverbend Veterinary Hospital as an associate veterinarian in the summer of 2013 and has been working with our hospital ever since!

Dr. Behiels enjoys camping, travel, and spending time outside in the summer. Her pet family currently includes one cat named Duke and an exceptionally sweet rescue dog named Harvey, who comes with her to work most days. She’s very pleased to be working at Riverbend and looks forward to meeting your pet!
